XML to CSV removes amp;

Hi

Can I just ask; WHY do you not want the & converted to & ?? This is very normal. Flat files have no problems with & - so no need to encode it. XML, however does have an issue with it, and therefore it is encoded.

Why do you want the flat file to have the encoding?
